About Katz Family Environmental Testing
As our name suggests, we are a family-owned, hometown, Twin Cities company. Katz Family Home Inspection's (KFHI) owner and founder, Richard Katz has created Katz Family Environmental Testing (KFET) to fill the need in the Twin Cities for comprehensive environmental testing for homes, schools, and businesses.
Richard is a certified professional inspector (InterNachi), AARST/NRPP certified radon measurement professional, licensed by the State of Minnesota for radon measurement (MN Lic#RMEA-355), a member in good standing with The International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants, and he has passed the NHIE National Home Inspectors Exam.
We pride ourselves on having the three critical qualities our clients rely on; superior technical knowledge, the highest level of professionalism, and outstanding communication skills.
